Art Prints are not hand signed unless indicated during signing events. Limited Edition Prints are always available hand signed as well as some version of Lora’s art books.

Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. During periods of high volume, special promotions, or for promotions that require hand signing of orders, or advance pre-orders please allow extra processing time.

We ship from our studio in Austria

We ship to the majority of countries worldwide through DPD.

We don’t offer framing services however all of our prints are sized to fit standard frames carried by retailers like Etsy.

Yes, all orders are shipped UPS with full tracking and insured by us, you will receive tracking by email (or SMS if you selected that option during checkout) as soon as your order is on the way.

If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the items and packaging and contact us and we will make sure you are taken care of.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied for any reason and we will make all reasonable attempts to resolve your issues. Art Prints and First Editions are made to order and are final sale.

Please contact us within 14 days after receiving the package, so we can accommodate any damages/replaces. 

All other items (Books, apparel, stickers, pins, etc..) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund less our actual shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many local payment methods charged in your local currency. Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal.
